  Sonia and Dean were most helpful and really treated us as individually important - they were so helpful and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean and housekeeping impeccable. Meals were Great and always served on time. Nothing was too much trouble.   The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. It was in a beautiful location with a balcony overlooking the river. About 10 mins drive to Townsville but if you don't want to drive after a long journey there plenty off restaurants within a short walk . The staff were very helpful, excellent value for money. This seems to be a rare thing these days because cleaning products are not used in every place that we have been to, some just use water and one cloth for everything.

  I always like to stay somewhere different and this was a great find. Brand new with a real boutique property feel. Very personalised service, and great modern rooms. I travel to TSV often and the hotels there, while OK are all becoming pretty dated so this was just what the city needed.
