  We had a wonderful stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised that a note I put in our booking about the weekend stay being for my girlfriend's birthday meant that by the time we checked in, we had already received a complimentary upgrade to a beach view. The extra attention and little touches we received from Novotel's staff made all the differenc - The staff at the front desk and the concierge were amazingly helpful and great to deal with. Even when I had to go late at night to get something from my car the concierge happily assisted me. When the lady checking us in realised we were in a group she immediately gave us rooms close to each other. There was no problems with us paying up front and using cash as the deposit instead of having an authorisation taken on our cards. The room was clean, large and had everything we needed. Would defin

  Got upgraded to a junior suite gorgeous room. All the detail in the room makes a big difference between the five star hotels in the world and this room had a lot of detail, very comfortable bed, TV in the bath, ambient lighting that changed colour around the bed, very comprehensive room service menu, lovely selection of teas, sink next to the tea... 别人怎么说 » /coffee making facilities. - loved the location, the self contained rooms were spotless and very spacious. I have stayed there three times this year and plan to stay there again in the New Year and have recommended to my friends travelling with me in March.
