  The staff were friendly and efficicient . The resort was clean and well maintained . The room was well equiped and delightful . We enjoyed a swim each day and a game of table tennis . The location is excellent being on the outskirts of Busselton but still close to all attractions - The facilities and standard of hotel far exceeded our expectation... 别人怎么说 » s. We had the room with a spa tub; the bathroom had a tub, a separate shower, toilet - I booked to stay at the Esplanade Hotel as a surprise for my partners birthday, we could not have been happier with everything, in particular the staff at the reception desk as well as the concierge were extremely polite and helpful.   We were a group of 2 young couples who stayed at the resort for 3 nights. We absolutely loved staying here. We managed to get a good deal and I am so glad that I snavelled it as it was worth every dollar. Situated right on the beach we could all come and go as we liked. The staff were delightful, right from check-in to final check-out. The room was superb, well appointed and exceptionally comfortable and clean. The restaurant would be among the best at which we have ever eaten, with the sensibly brief menu and wine list superbly backed-up by very polite and attentive staff. Overall, our eight day stay would have to be one of the best hotel stays we have ever experienced and enjoyed.

  I'm not sure why this place has received quite a few bad reviews, when I have nothing to complain about. The staff were lovely and very attentive, and helped us out with using the washing machine and fixing a window. The room had very good air con and foxtel, and a pretty decent kitchen. Also the little pizza joint was great too,cheap. 7/11 also next to that as well. Good vehicle parking access and great for getting from city around town and to airport. would definitely stay there again if apartment stay required.

  I loved the service we got from Clinton the man that did the buffet breakfast on Sunday morning. He was extremely pleasant and a asset to your hotel. Good facilities, wifi, pool, golf course, pretty much in the country, lots of trees, right on the interstate highway, very interesting surrounds as it was the home of the El Cabelo Blanco dancing horses. - had a great game of golf, then completed the weekend by staying at the resort, very comfortable and friendly.
