The lobby and bar are very relaxing and not far from the centre of the city although for some it might be a bit of a walk. There is a free hotel bus to town in the morning and a free community bus run that stops close by. Parking in the hotel is easy as well. The restaurant on the street level is very good and can be booked to the room.

It was a perfect spot for us, withs a pool that our 9 and 11 yr olds loved, and it is just across the road from a lovely safe swimming beach.   Rate was very reasonable and as such I suspect we had a room yet to berenovated. However, the room was more than adequate for our needs, bothclean and comfortable, with good quality linen and towels.   I love that the adult pool is separate from the main pool. It is such a great concept that luxury hotels should embrace. The rooms are comfortable with everything you need, the staff are accommodating, polite and a credit to the management of this long standing hotel.
