  We loved the location as we were able to catch a tram to the city and walk to South Yarra and Chapel Street. We were also surrounded by wonderful restaurants within walking distance.   It is the second time that I have stayed at ALT and it won't be that last. We had primary schooled aged kids and there is a community play ground across the road which was neat. Cannot believe we got such a great view of the Melbourne skyline with the amount charged. The sunsets and sunrises from such a height were mesmerizing. He brought it over when she had around 2 mouthfuls left, and that spurred her to finish it and get her reward. he was just wonderful, and the - We were staying overnight en route to a convention so accommodation was very convenient. Upgraded as it was my husband's birthday which was lovely. Excellent gym and pool facilities for early morning fitness. Evening snack meal great too. Would stay again if passing through with little time to go into city. Also saved on expensive transfer in and out of city which is worth factoring into the equation of overall cost.
