  We stayed here previously in the original double, that room was, lets say, disappointing. YOU CANT judge this hotel on that room. We stayed in the Millswyn Double Room it was unbelievably fantastic, enjoyed it 10/10! The staff are fantastic, the awesome guy who checked me in, the same for the ladies who checked me out. Thanks Albany! - The staff are friendly and helpful, giving me tips like how to get to airport by starbus which only cost $20/pax, internet is free while Crown Promenade hotel charged $25/day. I like the location, close to tram station and walk distance to Rod Laver Arena.. I love it! they gave me discount when I extended my stay 2 more nights. Highly recommended!

  Swimming pool was good though could be warmer in spa pools. Reasonable place for short stay, fit 3 adults comfortably but more aimed at young families. - The cabine was nice and just what we expected.

  The owners are new and were very accommodating and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, they gave us some great advice on what to do and recommended some places to visit.   It was an all round beautiful stay. Fantastic service, lovely rooms and close to attractions!   The staff/owners are very friendly and obliging. The rooms are cosy and very very clean. Everthing in the room worked. The beds were comfortable.
