  A couple of things could do with a lick of paint here and there, but we were entirely satisfied with our stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, very hot water and lots of it. Staff followed up with a phone call (which we appreciated) after check-out re our complaint of poor TV reception - advising he had changed the cable and the reception was now fine. We weren't aware we could contact staff re the TV reception (as we thought it would cost us a "call-out" fee) considering it was the weekend and the hotel reception wasn't manned. We were happy with the cost for the 2 night stay.

This wasnt a problem, was shown straight to the guest lounge and was able to get some sleep and a shower and wait in comfort. Buffet breakfast is available on site. Red rooster is nearby and a shopping centre within close walking distance.Security staff constantly patrol the site.   免费寄存行李，前台态度很好，帮忙叫TAXI速度很快，MAX也没有问题，5分钟就到。我们住的楼层有一巨大阳台，非常舒服。离冲浪者天堂很近，走过去就可以，酒店附近有公交，出行方便 - 机场乘702即到达酒店门口，对面乘761可到柯兰宾保护区，然后再乘761去机场，交通很是方便。房间内干净舒适，卫生间很赞，干湿分开的。阳台的view很好，下次还会选择。

All staff fantastic including housekeeping who couldn't do enough to help. We only live 30 minutes from here and will make this - Location was good, close to a couple of nice restaurants and the marina. We had a lovely sunny room in the morning and it was clean and comfy. Easy to book on line. A suggestion to you is to offer guets the choice of having their towels changed daily, or not. We were only their 2 nights and would have been very happy to have kept the original towels. Saving you unnessary cleaning charges and helping the enviroment.
