  Hotel is in a central position, staff were welcoming and friendly from check in. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Rooms whilst on the small side are simply decorated, all the essentials of bar fridge, tea & coffee included, plus a microwave oven.   We arrived late after an extremely long journey from the uk and were immediately greeted warmly. We were told all about our room. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept well. The bath/wetroom was absolutely ideal for my wife who is disabled. It was quiet even though it was close to the breakfast room.   Right from the start when I spoke to Noelene on the phone I knew we would be happy with our accommodation. In the last week before our booking, I need to adjust the booking as we had two more children to cater for. The response from T.V. (Noelene) was most helpful. I would recommend T.V to my friends and will - The rooms were clean and a good size, the location handy for shops/restaurants and transport (trains and river-cat). There was a generous amount of laundry and dishwasher detergent provided which is rare! The beds comfortable, the linen good quality with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. We had a lovely view of the Brisbane city skyline from our balcony. The location is quiet and perfect for families. I'd go again.

  We stayed in the king spa room. Although it said it was a 2 person spa, i doubt that my husband and i could both fit in it, but enjoyed seperate spa's. She helped us select tours at a rate lower than available on tour site, arranged our shuttle to proserpine and let shuttle know when tour was delayed that we were on our way. Tours picked up from the apartment, which was very helpful given - Great location, Airlie town is right out your front door. Kate and her daughter Bronte are amazing hosts, they are extremely helpful, knowledge, accommodating, and so kind, friendly, and welcoming! The facilities are very clean and extremely comfortable. Everything about my stay was fantastic, I would highly recommend it to everyone. There is a little kitchen unit as well in the suite so you can cook which is an added bonus. I can't say enough good things about Airlie Beach Apartments.

  Family room was great with the 2 bedrooms - enough space for 3 teenage daughters. Staff were easy to deal with (and spoke clear english) and made changes easy - Meal from Capricornia Resturant was excellent. Glad room offered basic items like microwave, sink & plates.
