  我们母女去凯恩斯休闲游，希望住家庭式的旅店，在网上先预订了2晚住宿，如果不好就打算另换一家。到达凯恩斯住进这家店后，发现该店非常不错，於是我们又续订了5个晚上，一周住下来，对该店各方面很满意，具体是： 1、位置极佳。该店在几童乐园对面，海滨大道旁，便于欣赏海景。同时到市中心、海滨浴场lagoon、游轮码头、大型超市、夜市、教堂等处，步行最多只十几分钟路程，但又闹中求静，便于晚上休息。 2、清洁卫生好。住房、公共区，游泳池、洗衣房及厨房等很干净清爽，尤其是两间宽大明亮的厨房，始终保持整洁，特别令人满意。 3、服务热情周到，耐心细致。我们是第一次到凯恩斯旅游，情况不熟，该店柜台所有当班职员均对我们的咨询详细解答，并主动提出很好的建议意见，使我们的旅游顺利而完美。老板还亲自征求客人意见。 4、设... 别人怎么说 » 施较齐全。该店有电脑，在攴厅有免费的wifi可供使用。其它如淋浴房、卫生间、电扇、空调、冰箱以及厨房内的微波炉、烤面包机、热水壶等均齐全，感觉如同家里一样方便。 下次如去凯恩斯，还会再住这家宾至如归的旅店！ - 有免费接机服务，提供仅需另外买饮料的免费晚餐，有公共厨房，性价比高，尤其适合学生，店员热情友好，离市区和码头近，步行非常方便，总体来说非常不错，再去会继续选择此处

  Cleanest and most modern hostel I've ever stayed in. The place has clearly been renovated/upgraded recently and it's lovely. I was really impressed. The room ac had heat and cool, which is apparently rare in Australia where most ac usually only cools a room. The restaurant was very well priced (eating out is always expensive in Oz) and the food was very good. - The service from Peter the manager was excellent. When we arrived there, my girlfriend was ill, he made a couple of phonecalls to doctors free of charge. When we got back at the hostel, he saw that my girlfriend was still not feeling better, so he upgraded our double room to a better room away from all the noise from the reception. Thanks a lot for this excellent service Peter and the rest of the staff!

  I was travelling with my 84 yr old mother and hadn't booked anywhere. We were a bit apprehensive but we're so welcomed and felt very safe. The accomodation has no frills but the cleanliness was 100% compared to some 4*hotels we stayed in. Appearances can be very deceptive. Staff were extremely respectful, professional and friendly.   Awesome garden area with hamics, a bbq with tables and chairs etc. Huge guest kitchen with everything required should you wish to cook your own meals. Everything was very clean. Overall very reasonable for the price. - The grounds of the hostel are just beautiful. We arrived in the evening and the late checking service was well organised.

  Our stay at the Friendly Hostel was fantastic. Gary was immediately helpful and attentive when he picked me and my girlfriend up from the bus station.
