  With a 3 year old who loves water the pool was brilliant. The location of the units was also excellent being just 75 metres from the beach and 5 minutes walk into town.   A very comfortable 3 bedroom apartment, front on level 5 with sea views. The property is located in the quiet area of Mooloolaba. It has everything on hand eg., Beaches, walking paths, restaurants and supermarket. It has a secured car park in the basement with a service lift travelling to all residential floors. The managers were very helpful and knowledgeable during our stay. - It was a brief stay but what we saw of the complex was that it is clean and tidy. The pool temp was a little cold so could have done with a little heating and we only had one towel between the both of us. We didn't complain because only stayed over night and found out it was missing when getting ready for bed. Everything else was great.

  We absolutely had a ball at the Grande Florida, the three bedroom apartment in which we stayed was excellently equipped with everything we'd ever need plus more - we weren't expecting irons, ironing boards, vacuums etc. The bedroom set ups were great, especially having 2 bathrooms to share among 5 people. We met lovely families, walked to the beach, just out the gate. We just loved it and cant wait to go back next year. I asked the kids what was their favourite part of holiday? Dreamworld?
