  Everything. We were upgarded without it being requested so that we had a quiet room. Reception staff were excellent as was the assitance given from the tours desk and the restaurant.   The hotel is in a wonderfully quiet location with a short walk to anything you could desire. The room was larger than we expected and had everything you might need in it.   Overall stylish but relaxing appearance inside and out and separate eating areas offering different levels of eating. Staff were lovely, especially concierge and Citrique Restaurant. As sharing a twin room, loved we had a double bed each and so comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. Bonus, free parking underneath the hotel.

  We stayed twice at the Pullman International Cairns on this trip. Two nights on the way to Port Douglas and one night on the way back. On the way to Port Douglas we arrived at ten thirty and our room was ready. It was clean, tasteful and had a great view all over Cairns. The breakfast buffet was extensive and the pool and surrounds were beaut... 别人怎么说 » iful. When we left two bottles of chilled water had been placed in our rental car. On the second stay our room was not ready when we arrived at midd - We just had the best time at your hotel.... We had dinner at Cocos then a complimentary breakfast the next morning which was part of our accommodation package ... Your staff are the most friendly, easy going people we have come across in any hotel we have ever stayed at, even the guys who park our car to the the valet who brings our bags to our room.... 6 star in our books....
