  Hotel is in a central position, staff were welcoming and friendly from check in. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Rooms whilst on the small side are simply decorated, all the essentials of bar fridge, tea & coffee included, plus a microwave oven. She helped us select tours at a rate lower than available on tour site, arranged our shuttle to proserpine and let shuttle know when tour was delayed that we were on our way. Tours picked up from the apartment, which was very helpful given - Great location, Airlie town is right out your front door. Kate and her daughter Bronte are amazing hosts, they are extremely helpful, knowledge, accommodating, and so kind, friendly, and welcoming! The facilities are very clean and extremely comfortable. Everything about my stay was fantastic, I would highly recommend it to everyone. There is a little kitchen unit as well in the suite so you can cook which is an added bonus. I can't say enough good things about Airlie Beach Apartments.
