The staff at the front desk and the concierge were amazingly helpful and great to deal with. Even when I had to go late at night to get something from my car the concierge happily assisted me. The view from our room 4107 was absolutely fantastic! they had run out of rollaway beds ,but made up a bed for our daughter in the lounge which was just perfect for her to stay with us for a couple of nights.We loved your apples and the friendliness of all your staff even the cleaning ladies. We really enjoyed having a room that was peaceful and well cared for. We enjoyed the clean environment and the ability to walk to any shops without having to use transport. We loved the hight of the ceilings. The balconies, the appliances, the furniture, the inside of the cupboards, the comfort of the beds and the air conditioning. The location was perfect. We didn't make it to the pool because of the rain but it looked lovely. The four of us were very impressed and I would love to stay there again. -
