  This hotel is very modern and e trembly we'll equipped. It has all the facilities one could expect and more. There are two pools adjacent to each other, one open air and the other covered. The bed we used was super comfortable and the air conditioning was extremely quiet even when working hard.   Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were always greeted when we walked through the door and asked about our day!   The location is perfect, across the road is the beach. We stayed here only one night on our way to Brisbane, but Coffs Harbour, the beach and this hotel seemed very nice too us.   Peaceful and quiet. Although there was some noise from big trucks crossing the Clyde river Bridge when we sat outside overlooking the river, once inside the unit, road noise could not be heard. Although old and in need of renovation, the unit was clean, and had ample parking. We got a warm welcome from staff when - From the moment we walked in the lady at reception was extremely welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she gave us all the information we asked for. The continental breakfast was a real treat and the same lady was there at breakfast time, again very friendly and helpful, the room was basic but very clean and comfortable with a great view of the river and Batemans Bay. I would definitely recommend to other travellers. Great value for money.

We were there after some pretty awful weather, yet the grounds were still very pretty.
