  The staff thought of everything and attended to all of the details. Everything was spotless and pristine, but had a very home-like and private feel. The beds were comfy. The staff were very understanding when we couldn't arrive by 2100 because of a detour because of bushfires and were more than willing to make us welcome by leaving the key and fresh milk for a cup of tea when we arrived.
