  my room was clean and neat and tidy with lots of room , discount on the meals in the hotel and the meals are great - Location and room facilities. For the price, the hotel is very good value.

  Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Very affordable if you are looking for a no frills cheap room. There was no closet, small fridge or ironing in the room. The latter is available in the laundry room.   The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and well laid out.It is definitely a bare bones accommodation, but this was expected from the websites description.We felt safe and quite comfortable.   I have used this hotel 3 times now as a stop off on my trips north. It is easy to find, well priced, in a great spot, and the staff are super friendly and nothing was or is a problem. There are loads of restaurants/takeaways within walking distance as well as shops if you want to browse.   The location is absolutely great but the wonderful and 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude of the staff (management and housekeeping) was really refreshing. They made a basic hotel feel really welcoming, comfortable and like 'home'. If they could do anything to help, then they did and always with a smile.
