  The staff were fantastic, they couldn't do enough for you. The room was spacious and very well appointed. They location would be great if you had plans at one of the sporting venues and although you were 2 blocks from the North/South tram routes, there were East/West trams running one street either side of the hotel.   酒店的位置很棒，唐人街中心，隔壁是华人博物馆，门口还有个大牌坊，很有feel啊。去墨尔本市中心各处都可以用走的就能到。酒店房间不大，也算五脏俱全，还热心的提供去机场的建议并帮我们叫了出租车，看我们人多定了wagon，价格不变，酒店去机场用了53aud，人多就比skybus便宜了。值得一提的是，我在预订的每一个酒店都提到了我是蜜月旅行，只有punthill给我准备了惊喜巧克力，谢谢！ - 我们是两对夫妇，预订了一套两卧室公寓，住得非常舒服。房间设施很齐全，有厨房、洗衣机等，非常生活化；酒店位置就在中国城，对面是Chinese Museum，出去一条街有很多餐馆，距离悉尼购物中心也不远，交通方便。

My husband was ill on the day we were leaving and the staff allowed us to keep our room for longer (free of charge).   The room I had - 206 - was perfect after a long tiring & emotionally draining 6 week trip overseas. The shower was best I have had anywhere - a good very strong jet of instantly hot/cold water. Provison of small fridge and coffee/tea making facilities was good and should be basic feature of standard hotel accommodation. YOur reception staff were very courteous and friendly - I love this hotel. This was my second stay there. The location is fantastic, particularly if you are driving into the city from the airport like I was - easy to find. The staff are very very helpful and went out of their way to help me. The building is a little bit old and needs some small repairs, but really you can't beat this place for location and value for money.
