  We drove from Melbourne to Port Campbell to enjoy the beauty of the great ocean road. Port Campbell is a great place to stop overnight. The Portside Motel is woderful hotel to stay. It has a large car park and free wifi! The rooms were very clean and had cooking facilies.   The staff was very friendly and we had our free light breakfast every morning there. The locaton was centralise to the scenic views. Gibson steps, 12 Apostles and Lord Ard Gord comes before the motel. About 10-20 min drive. The Arch, London Bridge and Grotto comes after the motel.   Great location, easy access to all resorts. The host is very helpful and friendly. I went there with with my in-laws and we got a family unit with two bed rooms, the room is not that big but definitely comfortable and quiet to sleep. It's well decorated and the flowers along the corridor are lovely indeed! On the main street, there is a restaurant... 别人怎么说 » called Nico's or something, they make beautiful beautiful pasta as well, I highly recommend them both. - Greg and Marge were excellent hosts and made us feel really welcome and at home. The `Foxes Retreat' bar was a great added bonus after a day of sightseeing! The housekeeping staff also did a great job and were very helpful and informative.

  Of the 12 cottages on the property, the cottage I stayed in was named "Gum Nut cottage". I had stayed in this same cottage while on holiday 10 years ago, but everything inside looked still fresh and new. Very well maintained! The staff was especially friendly and welcoming, even though we showed up late in the evening. There are new owners who run the property and you can tell they take care and pride in their place. The suites seemed recently painted. The grounds were lovely, filled with beautiful flowers. For the price, it was a great deal.

  Port Campbell is a sleepy beach town along the Great Ocean Road. The Loch Ard Motor Inn is just across the street from the beach. We had a great view of the water from our patio and room. The room was clean with modest furnishings. The staff was very friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions. I had travelled to Port Campbell for the Stitch in Spring, which was located at the Life Saving Club on the 14th Sept.   Our room which accommodated 3 adults and 3 kids was very cozy. The dining and pantry was very useful for days we decided to eat in. It was a very cold Spring for us so i loved their heated beds! First time i used one! The Inn was nicely tucked at the corner of the town facing the beach.   I really liked this motel, the rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable.The cleaner was lovely and have us loads if tips on sightseeing she could not have been more helpful.only issues were the Internet did not work great and couldn't find someone to give my key to in the morning!all in all I would definitely stay here again! - Easy to fin... 别人怎么说 » d in the centre of town and close to all facilities.
