  Great location. The staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. Clean and comfortable room. Good facilities - the children used both the pool and tennis court.   Almost all the staff were very helpful and friendly. They kept us a carpark just incase we needed it even though we didn't ask them to. Our room was upgraded without us asking and our request for a late checkout was granted.
