The two-room apartment for 4 persons was cozy and homily for a family trip. Complete with a sitting room, dining area, small kitchenette, laundry and drying facilities in the apartment. Just 2 minutes walk to the nearest CAT bus stop for 5 minutes trip to city centre. Walking distance to Swan river and Bell Tower. We loved the apartment for comfort, cleanliness, and requirements. Kitchen was very well equipt. Situated very close to main area of Perth shops and in a quiet end of town. Staff are wonderfull. More than value for money.

Better than a boring hotel room. The staff went the extra mile to help us. I requested two beds, they put two singles together with king linen to make a bigger bed. The apartment was a good size and good value. Close proximity to the Crown Perth (conference destination) and also shopping districts. The smart deal of $120 included parking - most other hotels parking is an extra $30 per night. Picking up the keys from the box made it alot quicker and easier and the rooms were lovely. Also no drink or food dispensing machines in the premises. Hwever, cafes are within walking distance. Very thin walls (or just not sound proof) woken up both nights by people in the next room. Have been charged more for first night than supposed to but have not yet queried this. Without the letsbookhotel.com discount, there would be no way I could afford to stay here. to be honest there wasn't anything i could not like, it was very nice. the only one thing that wasn't nice was not in control of the hotel at all, it was a few locals sitting around in the area drinking their grog out of paper bags. a little unnerving when walking around. I was able to hear the person snoring in the apartment next door. I was also able to hear loud outside noise - garbage trucks, pub/club patrons. I think ceiling fans in the bed rooms would make it more comfortable as the air conditioner did not reach these rooms. None. The fridge was so noisy I had trouble sleeping!. The carpark was a little tight but we have a small car so it wasnt bad at all. Free parking was a bonus. Smell outside room (air freshened to remove smoke smell?). Noise from adjoining room. Lifts did not reach the top floor. Parking is very tight as it is in most city hotels. Being from the country - the traffic noise was uncomfortable - particularly at 5.00 am when some hoon decided to test his speed limit - however, once he'd gone, I went back to sleep!. Parking facilities awkward. The room i got was obviously for disabled - large bathroom with shower chair and hand held shower head. Which was fine but water seemed to flow out of room towards carpet. No face washes for the shower. larger bed would be great. Stairs to 6th floor, Moving in next door (68) til 4am, Parking sometimes tight, Staff not really interested in complaint about hairdyer wiring. Nothing I didn't like. Too much starch in the sheets. A little bit further out of the city centre. Bed was hard and no bar or restaurant on site. The apartments in the next st have no information regards to the location of receptoon. Traffic noise. Kitchen poorly equipped. the price and check out time. Bed was too hard. Mix up with my payment - i paid online then the office charged my card again, the accounts person wasn't available on the friday when I called, so I've had a debit against my card for $200 all weekend not happy. Very noisy - Especially from the street below Not enough car parking. The design of 3 bedroom apartment main bathroom very inconvenient for people staying in non bathroom having to go through bedroom to use toilet during the night bad design. Car parks are too small.
