Convenience and comfort so close to airports, the mattress was superb, we have had lots of stays in and around Perth, the mattresses are shocking in some of those places, namely Kings Park Motel, and some of the larger apartments in Perth City, I have no hesitation in nameing and shaming these places from now on after the awesome comfort at Best Western. All out of home stays come with challenges but at the Best Western Plus Ascot it is not worth mentioning as they have a can fix attitude that is refreshing. From the Owners to the highly trained staff we experienced the utmost professionalism and were made to feel at home. Thank you and we hope to see you all again soon.
所有评语 » As a regular traveller I have rarery come accross a more professional and empathic host at the Best Western Plus Ascot and would recomment them to all who need an environment where you are assured that you are what matters to the management and staff. Our sincere thank you for our stay and we shall see you soon again. We needed a place close to the airport as we seeing family off overseas. As we were not staying longer than one night and not able to spend very much time at the hotel, we just needed a place to return to and sleep. Unfortunately we were unable to use the facilities but the pool area looked great. I booked a one bedroom apartment for 12 days. But to my surprise I was upgraded to a one bedroom townhouse. It was excellent. Home away from home. Everything we needed to cook with and wash our clothes. Private car spot. All in all I'll be using this again. Very happy. Very friendly staff,who made you feel welcome all the time. Location to Airport,shopping facilities, very close to large shopping complex. , parking very easy. Would recommed to anyone visiting Perth overnight or for extended stay. everything about the hotel was excellent. staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Melissa and Marcus were superb in helping us find accommodation in Scarborough. Would certainly use again and recommend without hesitation. Flew into Perth from Melb, and were flying out to Exmouth the next morning, so needed an overnighter quite close to Perth Airport. Best Western Plus Ascot ticks the boxes for this. Relatively quiet, bed very comfortable, clean, facilities all worked, easy parking, great location, free wifi which is almost unheard of in hotels, good value for money. It was picked for its location. At the airport as I was working there for 3 nights, the room was enormous and everything worked well. Very impressed. love staying , it is so close to Tonkin highway so you can go north or south, the room are large and has everything you need. Room much like the one we stayed in a few nights earlier...staff very friendly and helpful, location close to airport great. being so close to airport when arriving late, easy to get to. My room was serviced, clean and tidy. The room was very comfortable and welcominging. The staff were friendly. Stayed here before an early flight from Perth airport. Location could not have been more convenient. Close to airport and a great Chinese restaurant across the road. Will definitiely stay here again. That we had to leave!. I tried to book the last remaining room (online) and it said there was one available. After spending time filling in the details, I pushed the accept button only to be told that that room was no longer available and I had to pay an extra $40 for a room were we not going to be in for very long. This was disappointing!. Only thing I would complain about was upstairs had no aircon. It wouldn't be a problem but it was a heat wave when we where there. But we took our mattress downstairs and the staff never complained lol. Nothing. having to leave at the end of our stay!!!!. Despite our online booking request for a quiet room away from the main road/Highway, we found ourselves in the roadside facing room. Despite double-glazing the road noise was enough to wake us several times overnight. Free wifi didn't reach my room but it wasn't a problem at all, I had LTE and tons of spare data. getting in and out of the place. Noise from the traffic, the chlorinated water (provide complementary bottled water please)...and still only one pack of biscuits for a room for two!. Nothing. Being on a highway they have worked hard to block out road noise. A little can be heard. If you are a good sleeper it isn't an issue. Nothing. Noise from road at night. The bed was very hard, the tap water highly chlorinated (so the tea tasted like hot pool water) and although two of us shared the room, there was only one packet of biscuits to have with our tea. nothing. No restaurant on site. Glad wrap around smoke detectors. Window facing great eastern hwy (above desk ) allowed way too much light in early morning. The continuing road works on the Great Eastern Highway. I do realise, however, that this will not prevail forever. My room was to close to the road. Could not really access and use wi-fi facility. No electric blanket as the night was very cold. a bit overpriced. smell of bleach. nothing all great. Traffic. rooms face onto main highway, traffic noise a problem. Road works out side all night no sleep. No wonder the room was cheap. I would never stay at this particular Best Western again. The plumbing in the complex was shocking, so when someone in another room decided to have a shower at 3 am in the morning, it was as though they were in the same room as us. Only one air con in the lounge had to drag the mattress into the lounge to sleep as it was way too hot in the bedroom. And there was peanuts down the side of the couch not that you would check too often the people that dropped them should have cleaned up. Expensive compared to equivalent accommodation in Sydney near the airport. Lack of good eating places close by. Airconditioner was noisy and not particularly effective. The elctric hotplates in the kitchen were poor. Bed seriously bouncy Air cond only in kitchen, not bedroom. The blinds in the room let too much light in from the main highway so I couldnt sleep. Traffic noise was also a problem. the room stunk smelt like sewerage and the room was to light needs curtain over small window.
