Location, size of apartment, kitchen facilities, friendly staff when checking in ,
Overall a great place for a holiday--.
The location, so close to Little Cove and Hastings St was great, as was the view. The living room was spacious and nicely furnished. Good Miele appliances in the kitchen which has plenty of storage space.
Proximity to the beaches and Hastings Street.
Lovely outlook and could walk everywhere.

Not really clean on arrival-- very dusty
Needed an extra toilet
Needed more bins in apartment.
Only one bathroom. The kitchen crockery and cutlery needed a refresh. The single bedroom in the corridor was pokey and had no window. We couldn't find the BBQ, tho it was listed as having one. Better Instructions on how the place worked would have helped.
Pool was not useable. It was dirty, full of leaves and had a low water level. It was not cleaned once during our stay. A pool cleaner (Billabong?) arrived on the Weds afternoon, stayed for 5 minutes and then left - so no cleaning occurred.
Also, there was no broom to sweep up sand or spills and pieces of broken crockery were evident under the lounge from previous guests.
