  Refurbishments seem to be recent, and make the rooms very comfortable. Location is good and meets a number of purposes from my personal requirements as indicated in q 3 - The Pool was brilliant. The room was kept tidy, lovely towels. The service was very good and friendly. Great location to visit other attractions in the area.

  It's a wonderfully romantic setting. I love these old hotels and it was so nice to see one beautifully restored and in use as accommodation. We had our own semi-private balcony - such a treat.
