Staff were friendly. The gym was A one and the pool was great to unwind after all the walking. The other staff - My son goes to boarding school in Melbourne. This has become my second home when I visit Melbourne. Paul and Adrian are friendly and helpful at the reception desk. The train station is right next door. Excellent location for going to the city or shopping in Chapel Street or Praham.

We loved the fact that the Apartments are so close to the all forms of public transport yet still close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes, parks, pubs and supermarkets.   Location was great for the things we were attending. Staff were extremely helpful with regards to travel. The gentleman on reception when we arrived (very late because of flight delays), was more than willing to advise us of which trams to catch and other information.
