  The staff were exceptional, the rooms were amazing and the bed was extremely comfortable. Even walking into the reception and smelling the beautiful scent of the burning candles was such a lovely experience. Free wifi a definite benefit although a bit erratic at times. Good location for getting into the city as tram just around the corner at Highett.
