The housekeeping
The service was terrible - The staff did not seem to care about any of the complaints I had. The manager for this complex was supposed to call and never did. Travellers beware! There was works on the tram lines out the front of the hotel day and night so myself and my partner did not get any sleep whilst we were there. It seems like the management there need a swift kick up the behind if they think they can continue to treat people in this manner.
