The location , the great spirit of the staff reflected in their work ethic and translated back to me. I stayed 6 nights with my sister as her birthday treat with valet parking. We also had Room service for some meals and enjoyed some good movies after our long days of rediscovering Sydney.

When we got to our room one of the builders who was helping to renovate the hotel said that we were unable to get into our room - so we got an upgrade to a family room for free! We were booked in by a friend, having travelled from Melbourne. Very comfortable with delightful decor, a most relaxing feel. Restaurant is fabulous and the staff extremely helpful. We would stay again and are already recommending it to our friends.
