Above all the staff were courteous and always made you feel welcome and as if we were regular customers to the hotel. I recently had to return there at a distressing time, a funeral, I was upgraded to a beautiful waterside room, a bottle of ch - The location , the great spirit of the staff reflected in their work ethic and translated back to me. I stayed 6 nights with my sister as her birthday treat with valet parking. We also had Room service for some meals and enjoyed some good movies after our long days of rediscovering Sydney.   service quality of the staff - The room, Restaurants and the Lyric show were all excellent and the proximity to Darling Harbour and various attractions made it unnecessary to go anywhere else.   the hotel is very new and clean, electrical appliances are also new, room spacious and modern, bed is comfortable internet is free up to 1000mb close to China town, many shopping and dinning options.
