We had a double room with private bathroom and it was very clean and comfortable, as if it had been recently renovated. The private parking space was also an added value. Although it was very cold, the heating worked very well and internet was fast. Very friendly check-in and local knowledge of the staff. Comfy bed and loads of storage in lockers, very hot showers too. Kitchen was well equipped and kept clean and advised by the staff when it was unavailable for cleaning. Certainly recommend it!.
所有评语 » Awesome value for money. Clean, hot showers, comfy bed. Everything we wished for. They even found my lost necklace, rang and returned it within an hour! Thank you will defiantly return. Excellent location, great facilities notably the wonderful lounge area with comfortable seating and its art deco design. Kitchen is very well equipped. scenery..of course, bushwalking, shops, cold, meeting people at YHA , St, Hilda's Anglican church, Heritage centre at Govetts leap,. Nice hostel, the staff found us some other rooms, because letsbookhotel.com did not send the request, even we had the confirmation. Very friendly staff who recommended places to visit in surrounding areas. Clean rooms and excellent kitchen. How clean the place was. It was cleaner than a 5 star hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent position. Facility to leave luggage after 10am ceck out. The Large Kitchen, and shops close by. Reasonable price during the week. Kitchen,Location. Central to shops and restaurants.. Short walk away. Convenient and clean. Nothing. The only problem is that we stayed only for 1 night. Bit cold in the lounge due to drafts from the windows, however, its a charming old house and it was winter, so I shouldn't be complaining anyway.... Nothing. That letsbookhotel.com was not working proporly, that even we had a confirmation, the hostel did not get it, and therefore there were no room for us. luckely it is low season, so they found us some other rooms for the same price, because it was not our fault. Nothing. Much more cost weekends. When I arrived at the reception desk to check in I wasn't acknowledged by the 3 staff serving one customer in front of me for over 15 minutes. Staff weren't very knowledgable on the check in process. The people were not necesarily being loud but i could hear everyone in the hallway from my room (doors shutting/footsteps etc). Disgusted about leaving dirty dishes for 48hrs in kitchen with a note saying DID YOU LEAVE THESE DISHES. I was even asked if they were mine 24hrs later.
