  Of our two nights we stayed separately, we experienced both a 2 bedroom family suite and a double room for a couple upstairs. Staff on duty were pleasant, informative and helpful. Retrieving the toaster and jug from an overhead cupboard rather than one at floor level was great and convenient.   The room is not big but sufficiently self-contained with 2 beds - 1 Queen and 1 single - that are well insulated (from cold). The bathroom is spacious with clean towels and some toiletries. Pleasant and helpful administration. Would definitely stay here again, and next time, get to use the pool!
