breakfasts each morning,room service through a service door of it's own continental included in price pay small fee hot breaky good value.beds comfortable,good size ensuite.good lighting good heating,good size digital t,v.staff excellent work ethics.I spent 3 nights and had become quite settled and comfortable in the room.easy access to shops. Very clean, small kitchen, several blankets for any weather, comfortable bed, breakfast served to your room with options to order from buffet menu and choose time from 7 am to 9 am. Bulding looks solid and nice, it's defently not a old one as I read in previous comments.
所有评语 » very clean comfortable room. The staff very friendly. We liked the location being not far to the local shopping centre and not far from the city centre. Breakfast was included in the price which made it very affordable. We would certainly stay there again. Wonderfully friendly staff who were thoughtful in calling me when i was arriving late and making arrangements for me to get the key and leave milk for me. i was very pleased. The facilities were clean and well maintained and breakfast was excellent. Close enough to Hobart so that you didn't get the city noise. Access to WiFi although was a bit ad hoc at times. Comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. Staff were very obliging and helped us with information re traveling around Tasmania. Clean, well presented rooms. Breakfast, good, hot and a fair price. Room price was fair. Staff were enthuisastic and pleasant. Close to North Hobart restaurants. Very close to MONA at centre where we were headed. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful . The complimentary breakfast had a great selection and arrived promptly at the requested time .Close to public transport and Glenorchy shops. Bed was comfortable, heater worked well, breakfast was on time and menu was delivered as requested. Room make up service was good. Staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. Room very well equiped: blow dry, iron, fan, micro wave, kettle, heater, heating blanket.... Breakfast serve at the time we choose Very clean Good price for hight quality. There are several chinese restaurant near the motel. The room is big enough, the price is good with breakfast included.It's my second time to live in the motel. Clean, roomy enough, good facilities (Mirowave, Big TV, fan, heater etc), good shower and bathroom, comfortable chairs, good value with breakfast included. Very welcoming and breakfast included. Stayed 5 nights and was delighted with the service and absolutely best value for money in Hobart!. The staff were particularly great and our executive room was sufficient for us. Room was done every day . plenty of tea bags etc. Great value for the price; clean comfortable with all the facilities we would need. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Value for money. Just wanted a basic accomadation with a comfortable bed for the night and your room was perfect for my needs. Décor requires updating,ants above the shower screen rm 6.floor stains on carpet room was clean but floor stains made flooring seem dirty.drive way dips,traffic noise although did quiten after 11pm. The only thing I found that was inadequate was that there was only 1 washing machine, there was a bit of a queue to use the laundry, but if that's all there was to complain about it would not stop us from going back there again. Bit noisy at times. Very few eating places other than the usual Macdonalds and other takeaways. plates, cutlery etc not always replaced when used. Only being exposed to Hobart's picturesque central/CBD before, the area/demography in which the motel was situated came as a bit of a surprise. Melburnians: think of Ringwood. Bathroom needs a refurbishment but OK!. There was some mould in the bathroom (and a mouldy smell) (Room 25). Nothing!. One of the bed seems not clean after the guest left, there are hairs on the bed, but when inform receptionist, they changed the fullset bedding accordingly. A bit of noise from next door but not late, a bit far from town centre. Faulty plugs so had to run tv off lead. Plug to microwave and kettle had to be wriggled to start appliance. Maybe bigger beds. For the money it cost I cant fault it at all. Nothing. The little lights above on the bedhead were a pain if you wanted to sit on the bed. The free continental Breakfast was only for 2 and I had 2 Adults and 2 Kids which I thought it was a bit rough. Nice clean moderrn bathroom but with no heating and window permanently fixed open for ventilation gap. An older style motel so a little dated. I was travelling with my sister no were i could put Family member on this form. Our last day our room was not cleaned that well with no new toilet paper,one bed wasnt made,soap was still laying in the bottom of the shower and no clen cups and plates ect .so I think the cleaner needs to do her job abit better as this was told to one of the staff in front of the cleaner and she didnt really care as it looked like she just wanted to leave for home !!!!!!. bathroom was too small. Close to busy road but not too noisy. Shower needed a exhaust fan (room 12). Had mold on the ceiling because of this. Should be non-smoking outside as we smelt the smoke travel inside our room. check out is a bit earlier was at 10:00 am. At 11:00 will be much better. Just abit far from City. Lack of parking although I found a park close to my room. The linen was poor The towels were so thin you couldn't dry your self properly after one shower. nothing to dislike. On arriving main complex looks rather run down. Nothing in particular. Early morning noise from trains and traffic. I should have asked for a room with a shower at floor level. Wattle birds screeching early morning but as I am an early bird myself. It mattered less. Location. Not much to complain about, could hear a train at night/morning as it passed close by. Nothing.
