Probably one of the best Ibis Budget hotels in Australia. Super clean, friendly staff and comfortable beds. Free parking and free tea and coffee until 10pm. Great value for money option. We have used this chain before and as usual we were not disappointed. They are always clean, well positioned and have excellent staff. Location was handy for our requirements and the price was good. The room was clean and satisfied our needs for one night.

Our room although compact, was all we needed, the bed comfy, the shower was really good.We will stay again. Good value for short term stays. Lot of parking. Quiet. Clean rooms with basic facilities. Polite helpful staff.. cheap but very clean and comfortable beds. For the money it was fine and the breakfast was good value. Male staff immediately attended to blown light in room. Locartion to the tennis, Macdonalds, bush and creek. Great value for money for a quick overnight stay. It's very basic but it's clean and is ideal for those who just need a bed for the night and won't be spending much time at the motel. Close to shops and restaurants and right behind McDonalds - what more could you ask for?. It was clean, staff were professional and helpful. You paid for what you got basically which was a good thing. I was very apprehensive with paying so little for accommodation but was then pleasantly surprised when it was above satisfactory. The room was clean and contained basic but adequate facilities consistent with the price. Staff readily moved us to a quieter room when we found the one originally allocated too noisy. Location good, however, actual road entry confused with McDonald'd drive through. Easy to find and was very adequate for an overnight stay. Rooms were small. Beds were very comfortable Room was clean. location location. Service ,Privacy. The room was inviting and bathroom clean. The window was thick and kept out the noise from McD and the car park. A fridge was available to store cold foods. Friendly helpful staff. nothing. Price. Everything clean. The facilities are limited (but very well kept). All of bathroom/toilet floor got wet when using the shower, no storage/wardrobe and no power point (to recharge phone). A hair dryer would be a nice inclusion. The people in the red BMW using the carpark reserved for those with disabilities when they were obviously able bodied .Young and fit , league player with his partner and a child. Air conditioner was noisy and I imagine would struggle on a hot day/night. Bathroom a little small as were the rooms but really great value. A little noisy outside the window at night (people talking loudly etc.) and in the corridor early morning banging around, slamming doors and shouting to one another. Not really a complaint, just some confusion over the dates I had booked through letsbookhotel.com but staff were very efficient regardless. Was hard to find as there were no signs until the hotel and the water from the shower went all over the bathroom floor. No towels in room. Wished there was a curtain in our room. nothing really a little cramped but for the price whose complaining?. when you have a shower the whole bathroom floor gets soaked, need a hob around shower. Beds not overly comfortable. The water was not very warm. Bathroom very small. No lifts Not enough towels. The whole bathroom gets wet when you have a shower, so now where to dry yourself and get dressed in the bathroom area. killing cockroaches. When you have a shower you tend to flood the bathroom so it's hard to dry off properly in the bathroom. There are some street lamps for parking outside which shone straight into the room at night, had to sleep with the heavy duty blind down so i could sleep in the dark. Would have liked to have seen maybe a kettle and some free tea bags and milk pots perhaps?. Off the Highway a bit so you need to keep your eyes peeled for the sign (it's next to Maccas). Pouring rain, window left open, towels and room very damp feeling. Carpet also wet. Window didnt close properly which meant we woke up to the smell of the smokers out the front of the hotel. Bathroom is a bit too basic if staying for more than one night. When we showered the bathroom floor was entirely covered in water with no bath mat provided even though it would get soaked anyway. A small hairdryer on the wall would have been a useful addition. no fridge. Mosquitos. Not enough blankets and the bathroom was too small. An unfriendly note to advise if you did not keep the bathroom door shut the steam would escape from the bathroom and set off the fire alarm. In the event of setting off an alarm customers would be fined $250?. a small bar fridge and coffee & tea facilities in the room would have been beneficial. The communal fridge was full and the tea & coffee was not readily seen in the foyer area. Room needed ventilation as smelt like chlorine. Aircon was noisy and in effective. The bathroom in the family room in shocking! No matter what angle you put the shower head the water ran out under the door and on the carpet. I also think its a bit silly having the family rooms on the top floor with no lift. Small window opening and perhaps if the blind started from the bottom some sunlight could still be enjoyed without losing privacy. Or room was shabby and smelt very strange. Not nearly so good as Ibis hotels around Europe. Room was too small, bathroom had poor design, water went everywhere from shower unpleasant and in safe slip hazard especially for elderly companions. We were a young couple with 2 elderly family. layout. Air conditioning broken A lot of Cockroaches. Room very small, no tea or coffee, no refrigerator, free coffee machine downstairs not operating, manager very ignorant cannot even greet you with a good morning.
