  The room, location and view were fantastic. When we arrived, we were 1 1/2hrs early for check in. We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean. Service was great - very friendly staff and I'll surely be going back there.

  This was my second trip to Mantra Crown Towers. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment (3204) with a 2 and 4 year old. Once again a great holiday (5days). Kids loved the facilities.   Nice bath. Nice bed. Kitchen good but We didnt use it. Had problems with the TV and Phone. Phone need s relabelling as "front desk" button didnt work and front desk said "oh but you dial 9" well no where did it say "Dial 9" also the directions for accessing ordinary TV stations is incorrect. The staff were very good and I viewed another room in exchange, howeve - The accommodation was in close proximity to all places we were intending on visiting. The one bedroom unit was clean and tidy and had all the necessities required of a self contained unit. I would stay at this location again.

  Location was an epic win! Could not have been any closer to our needs, beach, shopping, tourist pickups. Staff were very friendly and helpful and our room had great ocean views from Level 15. Mind you this was not we booked, however put in a request to have an oceanview and they delivered.
