  Overall stylish but relaxing appearance inside and out and separate eating areas offering different levels of eating. Staff were lovely, especially concierge and Citrique Restaurant. As sharing a twin room, loved we had a double bed each and so comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean.   All of it...We stayed in one of the penthouses and it was so nice, relaxing and private. We just wished it stopped raining so we could get in the roof top spa. - The room was very spacious and everything was provided. The 3 different themed pools were great also.

Two complaints were readily taken care of within 12 hours - tin opener did not work and the seal on the oven kept coming off. Car parking available close to our accommodation.   I love everything about the Phoenician, if I could, I'd live there permanately, lol.. Location is great, its close to the beach, all the shopping at Pacific fair, a great central local etc, and still close to the hussle and bussle of Surfers... Not to mention great for all the local Resturants, and Oasis Shopping Center...   酒店在黄金海岸属地标性建筑 很好找 机场出来702路公交到冲浪者天堂下车步行五分钟左右 从酒店到沙滩和商业街 超市都很近 带厨房的房间真的很方便 厨房一应俱全 按摩浴缸也很舒服 酒店性价比还是不错的 - 我很庆幸我的选择是正确的，在冲浪者天堂哪里都可以第一眼找到Q1, 设施齐全，不住不知道它的好呀，说多了不去住你也不会体会的，下次我会再带家人去住。
