  All of it...We stayed in one of the penthouses and it was so nice, relaxing and private. We just wished it stopped raining so we could get in the roof top spa. - The room was very spacious and everything was provided. The 3 different themed pools were great also.

Two complaints were readily taken care of within 12 hours - tin opener did not work and the seal on the oven kept coming off. Car parking available close to our accommodation.   Because of a problem with the reservation through letsbookhotel.com there was no unit available (fully booked); however, the manager went out of her way to find us another place to stay for 2 nights (expensive!!). The remaining 2 nights of our booking she gave to us free. That was excellent service on their side.

  The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are nice and comfy. On the second morning, the kitchen at the hotels restraunt which serves breakfast was having some problem with their stoves. So there was no cooked food out on the buffet spread.
