  Managers Ben and Jodie are great people. They made us feel welcome and assisted us with tickets to the local theme parks. First of all - its not the Hilton so don't expect marble floors, full time concierge and elevator music.   The location was first class, any closer to the water and you would have got wet. The staff were very helpful and polite. Don't be put off re lack of air con because the breeze off the ocean was great and kept the unit cool at all times. The units are spacious and well maintained. I loved every minute of my stay.   We absolutely had a ball at the Grande Florida, the three bedroom apartment in which we stayed was excellently equipped with everything we'd ever need plus more - we weren't expecting irons, ironing boards, vacuums etc. The bedroom set ups were great, especially having 2 bathrooms to share among 5 people.
