  The room, location and view were fantastic. When we arrived, we were 1 1/2hrs early for check in. We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean. Service was great - very friendly staff and I'll surely be going back there.

  I would highly recommend the Skyhome that I stayed - excellent 270 degree view of both sea and city, and trendy designed rooms. There are two swimming pools in Tower 1. They even have pillow options which was tremendously helps deep slumber especially for yound children. Ocean Plaza is wonderfully located close to three wonderful patrolled beaches. It was nice to be able to exit the complex straight into the Showcase shops, which next year will feature a Woolworths supermarket right at this doorstep.

  Nice bath. Nice bed. Kitchen good but We didnt use it. Had problems with the TV and Phone. Phone need s relabelling as "front desk" button didnt work and front desk said "oh but you dial 9" well no where did it say "Dial 9" also the directions for accessing ordinary TV stations is incorrect. The staff were very good and I viewed another room in exchange, howeve - The accommodation was in close proximity to all places we were intending on visiting. The one bedroom unit was clean and tidy and had all the necessities required of a self contained unit. I would stay at this location again.
