预订的时候，虽然看到评分较高，但考虑的价格，还是没有报以太高的期望，所以只订了2天，前面两天订了旁边的索菲特。从索菲特搬过来，两相对比，觉得Meriton太物超所值了！硬件丝毫不逊索菲特，而且更新，设施齐全更是远超索菲特，电视机、冰箱、洗衣机、干衣机、炉具、餐具一应俱全，面积也较大，特别是超大转角阳台，海景、河景、街景尽收眼底。
地处broad beach中心区，和索菲特、peppers紧挨着，过街不远就是pacific fair购物中心，楼下有7-11和一家海鲜中餐馆，出门左边有家西餐馆味道不错，价格也经济。
总之，在黄金海岸，这个价格太值了，以后再来，如果不大幅涨价，是我们不二的选择。 -

第二,方便.旁边有Oasis Mall，也有Asia Fair，买东西，吃饭都方便；而且离宽滩的海滩很近，无论是散步，还是游玩，都很近；
第三，我们住的是海景公寓，房间的视野很好，可以看到一大片海；
第四，冰箱，微波炉，烤箱，炉灶，洗碗机，洗衣机，烘干机一应俱全，不想出去吃，自己买东西做也很方便。
第五，客厅外面有一个大阳台，无论是平时坐坐，还是吃饭喝酒聊天，都很惬意。
第六，酒店既有室外也有室内游泳池，带小孩子出去玩很方便。

酒店很幽静，虽然没有宽滩的兄弟酒店交通方便但是住久了觉得比那里更喜欢，前台非常好，几位男士各种帮忙，最后停车还少收了一天的钱，前台比Broad-
beach的merition好太多了，因为需要提前一天check out，给booking打电话本来对方不同意，后来酒店前台和对方沟通才没有收-
钱，周围是其他的自助公寓和本地人社区所以和宽滩比安静多了，洗碗机很好用不用自己手洗，酒店手册写明了退房前要洗干净碗碟，入住应该好好阅读，另外油-
烟机很有意思研究了半天才知道拉出来就是开关，房间和宽滩兄弟酒店比房间少几个射灯，但是因为没有那边住的人多所以东西更新更干净，有车还是很方便 -

到水上乐园世界，电影世界，梦幻世界几大主题公园坐公交TX2一站直达，20分钟不到就到了。到Sea World更近，就在门口小海湾对面。附近有Coles，做饭很方便。厨房连吃饭的碗，杯子，甚至微波炉碗都有好几个。

Whilst the building is a little dated, the accommodation, facilities and outlook (fabulous views of the Broadwater) exceeded our expectations. The apartment itself was a little tired, but had every necessity and was absolutely spotless, sheets and towels were as new. Brad, the Manager, could not do enough for us. Thanks Brad. We would not hesitate to stay there again.
