I like the hassle and stress free convenience that the hotel offered. They even have pillow options which was tremendously helps deep slumber especially for yound children. Also, there are also free ipads and wifi provided for the stay as well as wide selection of complimentary movies that helps the young ones occupied when I needed some "me" time.

Overall stylish but relaxing appearance inside and out and separate eating areas offering different levels of eating. Staff were lovely, especially concierge and Citrique Restaurant. When I booked I didnt realize that we had an option of smoking/non
smoking. Realizing we did have that option after booking in it was no
trouble to staff to relocate us to a smoking unit and with in minutes we
were puffing on our cigies out of everybodys way. Then I had left my
reading glasses in the 1st room and again no trouble to staff tracking

pools 3 and 6. Two complaints were readily taken care of within 12 hours
- tin opener did not work and the seal on the oven kept coming off. Car

shopping at Pacific fair, a great central local etc, and still close to

right in the centre of Broadbeach with easy access to beach, shops
restaurants.This is a very lively area at weekends but once doors were

Loved 3 things about Hilton - location, location & location - perfect, in the heart of Surfers Paradise, walking distance to everything one needs. Excellent facilities and perfect for a nice family break. The 2 bed apartments are perfect for a family - pretty good size, well stocked up with all one may need. Denise and Stuart [managers] so helpful, friendly and accommodating, nothing seemed to be a bother to them. Rooms were clean, comfortable and had all we needed. Location was fabulous. Pool and spa well maintained, a friendly relaxing place to unwind. Have already recommended Aruba Surf to family and friends and will definitely go back again.
