  Managers Ben and Jodie are great people. They made us feel welcome and assisted us with tickets to the local theme parks. First of all - its not the Hilton so don't expect marble floors, full time concierge and elevator music. We could see right out over the ocean and to the left a view of the boating channel. The apartment was lovely and we felt like millionaires. It was so nice it was hard to go out! Ben was great to us and showed us where to get a nice meal when we had arrived tired. We fed the fish from the boat docks accessed at the back of the swimming pool.   Stuart and Denise are the owners and they make you feel very welcome. The resort is comfortable, clean and close to amenities. We stayed here because we were looking for an apartment close to the Convention Centre, Also close to Pacific Fair and Oasis Shopping Centre and the beach is not far either.   We have a great time here. It is simple yet full with amenities. Kitchen is well equipped except for rice cooker. U also have ur own washing machine, dryer, iron.. There are only 2 rooms with one queen size beds and 3 single bed in the other room. Both of the toilet are clean and neat. It is near the broadbeach beach! Woolswood - a supermarket are arounf 300m from - We have been staying here since 19th November and love it.   Because of a problem with the reservation through letsbookhotel.com there was no unit available (fully booked); however, the manager went out of her way to find us another place to stay for 2 nights (expensive!!). The remaining 2 nights of our booking she gave to us free. That was excellent service on their side.
