  Stuart and Denise are the owners and they make you feel very welcome. The resort is comfortable, clean and close to amenities. We stayed here because we were looking for an apartment close to the Convention Centre, Also close to Pacific Fair and Oasis Shopping Centre and the beach is not far either.   Location was excellent for us- midway between the beautiful beach and boutique shopping and restaurant street. Great for a weekend break. Room was more than adequate for a very reasonable price. The position was perfect, the unit very comfortable, clean, well designed and appointed and the manager very personable. We couldn't have found anywhere better for the money we paid.
