Great location, close to the port of echuca. Great location for families, close to food, shopping and entertainment. I loved going to the paddle steamers really early and walking the port without a lot of people around so I could take photos. Loved the location - quiet but close to local shops and food outlets. Only a short distance to the Port and a romantic stroll through the town. Very comfortable and functional room. We will stay again when the opportunity arises.
所有评语 » Close to most attractions and didn't need to use our car once we checked in. Spacious bathroom and main room. Reception staff moved us the next day when the air conditioning didn't work and were very helpful. Comfortable clean room We ordered room service for dinner and had a steak and the brownie slice. The stark was very yummy cooked to what we asked for. The brownie slice was also very nice. Overall very helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms, good price, good selection in mini bar, lovely hot breakfast .Very close to everything in the port did not have to use car. very clean room, close to cafe's and restaurants, was able to walk everywhere without using the car. Enjoyed trip on a paddle steamer. The closeness to the port area was terrific. Everything was spotless inside and outside. The staff were so fantastic and friendly. I loved the central position of the Motel. The cleanliness and facilities. We were close to the port, shops and restaurants. Loved the room and facilities was very comfortable. I will definitely be coming back in the near future :) thank you Echuca. The room was very spacious, with 1 Queen bed and 2 singles. Bathroom was quite big and very clean (newly refurbished). Upgraded to spa room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, close to port attractions, great rates. The whole complex is very relaxing, and its position is really great, you can walk everywhere. The position was great, as was the room with many extras. The staff were great and helpful. Great location ,friendly staff and so clean ,will defiantly stay here again. The staff were excellent, very friendly and obliging, and the exterior environment of the facility is very well kept. We had breakfast in the pleasant dining room and it was reasonable value for money. Although it needs re-furbishing, the room was a good size. Bed comfortable staff friendly, breakfast excellent. Air conditioning didn't work properly and they couldn't repair it so we had a hot, restless night. Thank goodness we could open tow windows for a cross breeze which made it more bearable. Room was a bit dark, we were in room 2 which although very clean, was subject to traffic noise throughout the nights. The noise from the rooms upstairs. Every movement can be heard. The rooms still look a bit outdated. nothing, it was great. Fixed shower head right at the top of your head. Some road noise from trucks, but can't be helped. The only thing our room did not have was a microwave oven. Very strange there was not one in the room. Being woken early by the truck visiting MacDonald's around 5am and also the noise from the work taking place on the facility. Upstairs was noisy when your on bottom floor. Not warm enough blankets. Broken tiles near entrance of room, spider webs on ceiling cornice above bed, battery compartment back on TV remote falls off. Sink in the bedroom of a deluxe room. Insist on credit card to book, then add surcharge for credit card use. WiFi was abysmal. The stairs were a long way from our room which was a bit hard with bags/child. A dirty breakfast tray was left outside a room for the 24 hours we were there which wasn't a good look. bed was uncomfortable, room was dark, but the room was bottom floor and facing a main road, if we opened the curtains everyone could see in. Parking a little on small size for car space. Leaving. Nothing. noise from mcdonalds all night we had room 56. We were told that we could have access to a gym which was not the case. We booked a spa room which did not in any way resemble the photo in the advertising. Clearly only some rooms have been re-furbished, our room was old and tired and there was a large stain on the carpet as you walked in the door. For a Mercure, I thought the room was sub-standard and disappointing. found several bottle tops in room, light bulbs blown, hot water ran out twice during showers. The bed was very soft and VERY uncomfortable. Didn't sleep at all because of the traffic noise from the street. Mercure restaurant not open Friday night so could use Accor card which is why we chose to stay. Allocated room right next to McDonald drive thru. Breakfast was menus selection and waited 40 minutes for cold bacon and eggs etc to arrive . Understaffed on desk and in breakfast room to point where a room cleaner had to assist, which I overheard complain to fellow cleaning staff. Establishment well over rated. I asked for a NON SMOKING room and our room reeked of cigarette smoke. We also were unaware it was two story and wree unable to get a ground floor room. The bathroom could needs a towel rail near the shower. Room offered as a special deal and encouraged to book quickly then find rate reduced significantly after booking but unable to change to reduced rate. The room didn't look anything like the photos - was old & dated - more like an old motel. The room was right on the main road & there was no insulation against the noise from the street, especially the trucks. Do not disturb sign was left on the room however this was ignored and room was only partially made up. Shower was black of mould. Window was broken and couldn't be shut.
