Close to beach, children enjoyed the pool

In the smaller bedroom there was a large cobweb between the curtain and the window that looked as though it had been there for quite a while. Otherwise it was all good.
we stayed in apartment 210 which was directly above the underground car park which was quite noisy would not stay in this apartment again.
the service provided here is exemplary nothing is was to much trouble for the staff ,the apartment was clean ,comfortable (for 5 adults )and well fitted ,the pool was excellent as were the spa's and sauna,access and parking made very easy and accommodating ,if in the area would not hesitate to stay here again,

all about sandcastles except the uncompassionate attitude to people in trouble
when stuck on the highway (flooded) the reply to our call informing them we cant get to our prepaid booking was youve lost it 21 days notice! we have stayed there before but never again. hope something similar happens to them
Stairs, internet not working, pillows missing, office has limited hours
The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was fitted with a good supply of crockery/utensils etc.
The apartment was very run down - the cutlery drawer was broken, there were chips of timber out of the doors/cupboards, holes in the flyscreens etc. It clearly hadn't been updated in many years. The complex was advertised as having an indoor pool, however it wasn't an indoor pool. We thought it was overpriced considering the condition of the unit.
Pool & spa were not in operation, should of been advised.. I wouldn't of stayed here if I knew..
Polite staff. Clean well appointed room.
We choose not to stay for our 2 ND night of our 2 night stay as the noise from the flats behind was unbearable; loud music at 2 am until 4am. Lots of trucks and trains

The unit was okay but the sauna bath was not available and I doubt if it's ever available. It was misleading in the website as I called the apartment and specifically asked if the sauna & spa bath were available and the answer I got was yes. The spa and pool close too early at 8:30pm and one evening closed at 7:30pm.
