  This is such a friendly hotel and the staff were so helpful it was a pleasure to stay there. Our room was pretty standard but good enough and very clean. About ten minutes walk into town which was far enough out to be quiet and peaceful from the night life.Loved the local connection to Papua New Guinea and the artwork at the hotel. Rosemary arrang... 别人怎么说 » ed a boat trip to the Great Barrier Reef with Compass Cruises which was a fantastic day and great value - Location was convenient to the "Esplanade" and local shopping and restaurants. The manager, Rosemary, was very helpful. We arrived a number of hours before we were supposed to check in and our room was already ready for us. The manager helped us book our tours and even drove us to the wharf on the day, so we wouldn't be late and this was greatly appreciated.

  Very welcoming staff, nice facilities including kitchen, laundry, bar, pool.. The family room was very clean and comfortable. Although is a little far from downtown, they offer rides. Free wifi. - The quiz night was fun.. And it was the only day you can see more than 15 peaple in the public area
