  Coming from a Hotel Management background, I know what it means to make people feel at home- I felt that everything was easy and effortless- by this I mean that everything was seamless, and the staff all gave the genuine impression that it was truly a pleasure to work there and look after the guests. Nothing was a problem- everyone was exceptional... 别人怎么说 » ly friendly, welcoming and pleasant. I also wish to make specific mention to the food- I had the pleasure of enjoying the chef's specials last Sunday - Our apartment with full kitchen, laundry and enormous bath was perfect for our family. It immediately felt homely with the bonus of comforts and amenities of a top class resort. The rainforest boardwalk was a joy to explore and the hotel was a convenient 5 minute drive to the town centre, or a 10 minute stroll to Tallow Beach. Complementary morning yoga on the verandah was also a lovely way to start the day. The staff were a stand-out; consistently pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.

It is approximately 5'kilometres from town, which is far enough from the hustle and bustle and close enough to access the town facilities and beach.   The Beach House was incredible, the bed was so comfy, room was so spacious, amenitites were beautiful.   The spaciousness, location to town, and comfy beds all made our stay exceptional. The brewery next door with the music at night was an added bonus. We will definitely return if we visit Byron Bay. Thank you to the staff. - Clean, quite and comfortable.
