  It was a refreshing stay. The jacuzzi was an excellent discovery for us. The sheer spaciousness of the place and the warm interior design. It was a very stylish appartment. The welcome chocolates, personalized message and the schedule of events for the weekend were a nice touch that made us feel very welcomed. - We liked the locality and proximity to all the Bunbury attractions. Easy walking distance to the city and shopping precincts. Apartment was adequate for a studio type but next time will be looking at a larger apartment with a living area.

  as an ex travel agent, I was impressed with the level of the staff. They were very courteous and helpful.   I loved the service we got from Clinton the man that did the buffet breakfast on Sunday morning. He was extremely pleasant and a asset to your hotel. He made us feel welcome and that we were important. We noticed he was rushed off his feet so we took it upon ourselves to clear some tables for him which was our privilage.
