Service at reception, cleanless of our room, comfy beds, excellent service in the resturant, free wireless my list goes on, overall excellent stay will recommend in future and to others :-). After one night at the motel we upgraded and moved into onte of the apartments with oceanview. Fantastic balcony in the sunset and a luxury apartment. Very nice staff and good breakfast.
所有评语 » The staff were extremely friendly and even upgraded us for free. We ended up with a great view of the ocean which was very romantic. We will definitely stay there again. Loved the location of the Resort and it was in walking distance to Town Centre. .Impressed with the friendly staff and enjoyed the daily breakfast while at the Resort.. I liked the professional and efficient service. The staff were very friendly. Loved the location and accessabile to the city. Great value for money. Clean comfortable room, reasonable facilities, close to city centre, easy book in and out. it was very clean and comfortable, and easy walking distant to the night life of bunbury. The attitude of front desk staff when advised our original room was completely unsatisfactory. Breakfast was ok. Location was ok, staff friendly although we had to wait for 15 minutes at the counter before any staff appeared. The place is Ideal for families with young children. Loved the view from the room and Restaurant. Not much. Room was clean. It's easy to find. none of it. There is nothing I didn't like!.. The motel part. It´s made for people who just stay for one night. No complaints..Great service from the Lighthouse Beach Resort during our stay. I didnt like the airconditioner, it was old and loud. stay went too fast!!!!. There was a domestic fight in the adjoining room on one night. Not the fault of the resort but it did cast a bit of a shadow over the stay. I didn't like that my room was right next to the games room as they were noisy and banging on my windows while trying to sleep. no microwave in room. Stay disturbed by other very noisy guests (2 different lots)- didn't quieten down until 2.00. Also doing major renovations so it didn't 'Look" the best. Our room was comfy and clean but 'old'. Walls a bit thin and you can hear rooms around, people talking and walking around. Air conditioner in room woke us during the night as it was very loud. Only one big window door which could not be left open (security) thus excluding fresh air while sleeping. Felt isolated where the room was. I didn't like walking up stairs to the resturant. Room 41 smelled a bit odd, sort of synthetic perfume -possibly the cleaning compounds? Not unpleasant but noticeable. no toilets close to pool area - had to leave area and go upstairs. building is a little old. no chairs for sitting outside. Very 80s-ish decor, but that is reflected in the reasonable accomodation pricing. Stayed in older room and facilities weren't great. rooms need to be renovated. very unfriendly, unco-operative administration staff. The very tired facilities in the room. poor layout and very poor functioning shower. poor menu selection on the Sunday. night in the restaurant No access to purchase a coffee or drink if the restaurant is not open. Poor tourist information at the reception. Staff not tourist friendly. I thought I had booked a room with balcony overlooking the pool but what I got was a walkway and claustrophobic room with no windows, my fault got sucked in by the advertising and it was really noisy. overpriced for type of accomadation. the coffee jugs won't fit in the sink. Room is small (16) and bedding was great but let down by terribly old and dated window furnishings and old wrinkly shower curtain. Noisy heater also. needs a serious overhaul..dated and old....way too expensive for such an old hotel. Original room booked - 'view of swimming pool' Werent aware pool facility was largely indoor with guest social area to side. Our original room only windows looked out onto this area - other patrons were playing pool and table tennis directly outside our room. Appearance of absolutely no privacy. No external window at all. Need to have curtains drawn at all times Completley unacceptable to room someone in this environment. Paid for upgrade. The room was dingy and in need of some care. Bathroom drains didn't empty in the shower, like they are blocked. Needed painting inside room. Very below standard for the cost!. The furniture is getting old and the hotel need a revamp. The bed was in need of replacement ! Very thin walls and noisy ! My wife did not sleep all night. Did not like the room. It was more like a motel rather than a hotel. Saturday night was very noisy and we were disappointed with our stay overall. They have redefined "resort", to the client' s detriment. It's just so motelesque. Chair was grimey and it is too yesterday in its "ambiance" . I would ask how do they get away with charging the tariff they do, but I stayed there, once so they got me! I will not go back, however. Construction outside my room. Price - poor value for money. the hotel was a building site with workmen everywhere noise was terrible if i had known i would not have stayed.
