The staff were faultless. There was nothing they could have done better to make our stay more comfortable. Some minor issues came up but were quickly and easily dealt with and I really couldn't recommend this accommodation enough. Our 3 bed apartment was everything and more than we'd expected, the beds were really comfortable, all necessary items were available to us, we were situated right beside the pool and bbq area but there was no noise disturbances and the grounds were cleaned daily and q.
所有评语 » The grounds were lush and accommodation private, the pool was easily accessible to all, self catering facilities were provided & outdoor bbqs available, Eating out options /Daily items were only a short walk away. Lots of information of what to do & see. Great location, near the beach and a short trip into town. We had a three bedroom apartment for 4 people (1 couple) and we never felt like we were in each others way. The pool was great, friendly staff and just a relaxed vibe that complements Broome. The location is perfect, we had a room near the pool which was perfect for a morning swim... The airconditioning worked well which is essential at that time of the year. The helpful friendly service The friendly helpful nature of the managers. Nothing was too much trouble. Units were very well presented and serviced. As a family with married children and grand kids it was a great place to take them. My daughter has already booked a unit forher family in july. The rooms were great and the layout is perfect. Location of the room was spot on for the swimming pool. Atmosphere is family value. we loved everything about this place,the staff,the unit,the pool,the closeness the the beach,it was reasonably priced and clean. the staff were very helpful. They put on an easter hunt for the children. The facilities were great. loved everything. All facilities in the room are complete and good. Hotel located near to everywhere to the beach, shopping and meals. The unit was roomy and had everything we needed, very clean and comfortable Highly Recommend. The apartments are so big and spacious, got everything we needed and so close to beach. great location and friendly staff, very quiet. good for families. close to bus stop. I liked being close to the beach and the seclusion of the accommodation. Location, nice rooms great location, my second time there. The service was great staff friendly just very relaxing. broome resort was close to all amenities that we needed. Walking distance to beach and bus stops and pub. was not crowded and hence quiet. Proximity to Cable Beach. Well kept gardens. My only concern is really that I would have preferred the queen bed upstairs but that is just because I'm a mother to young children and that concern will not be forever... Nothing - all good. Nothing I can think of. The pool closes too early in the evening my grandies would have loved to swim a bit longer. Would like to have extra toilet and bathroom in 3b/r unit. there was nothing we did not like about it. There was no make up the room, we should clean it up whilst we were in rush for check out. Check out time regulation was too early, should leave out at 10 AM. No Dislikes. Noisy neighbours (but ok after 10:00pm) Dishes not clean. I opened the oven to reheat some food and wow!! a greasy dirty tray was in there, I took a look under the bed and there was a pile of dust and peaces of paper!!!. All fine no complaints. Not applicable. free internet was slow. WiFi wasn't working for our trip. Bathroom and all floors not clean. Single chairs in lounge area not comfortable. A sofa would be better. Maybe as it was offpeak the standard had slipped.
