  Room was good size and bathroom nice and clean. It was quiet and handy to where we wanted to go. Magazines to read were a nice touch. Breakfasts were well priced. Room: Large Spacious Modern des - Location was great for walking along the river with close proximity to boardwalks gardens and city., also close to restaurants, bars and ferry transport, which we used to go to New farm Park and the powerhouse. We stayed in a one bedroom which was only a few dollars more than the studio but with much more space. Staff were friendly and helpful and we could recommend mint for longer stays whether business or holidays.
