Efficiency and helpful attitude of owners and staff. Upgraded room on return visit at no extra cost. Guest rooms, dining area and reception spotlessly clean. Fresh and well presented continental breakfast. Friendly manager who was ready to chat or leave us to ourselves - whatever we wanted. Also had a very comfortable bed which was upgraded for only a few dollars more and lovely, fluffy, clean towels.
所有评语 » Even though I received confirmation by email the room had already gone but the staff upgraded us to another room at no extra cost!. the owners were particularly friendly and easy to get along with. it was off the highway but still easy to get everywhere. Friendly & polite staff, room cleanliness was very good.Would not hesitate to stay again. Excellent staff..... Facilities dated but extremely clean Excellent location and hospitality. Location to main street without being on noisy highway. Friendly helpfull staff. Great location in town. Good friendly service from staff, and will go back. My husband and I were surprised with an upgrade to a suite!. Friendliness of reception staff and location to town Centre. The room was spacious, the parking plentiful, the receptionist very welcoming. I do appreciate being able to make a cup of coffee or tea in the room too!. It was close to town. The location. The room was a disgrace - paint peeling off the ceiling, fridge that sounded like a truck, extraction fan in the bathroom that was louder than a crop duster. Being requested if we would use the restaurant facilities and getting there to be told the restaurant was closed. The price provided by letsbookhotel.com was not honoured by the current management and a further 39% charged. Some of the guests staying during the week were outside late at night drinking and making considerable . The hot water ran out before the second shower was finished, which was probably our fault for forgetting about water restrictions, however, it would have been fine if we'd had a reminder. Supplying a toaster but no plates and knives. the size of the bathroom. Shower over bath I feel this could be safety issue for elderly guests. The bed was a bit hard for my likings, but cant complain too much. the shower was terrible. the shower was to say the least pathetic. the temperature was very hard to control put the hot water on then the cold on it would be too hot or cold, the flow was little which meant i used at least 4 times the amount water to wash my hair, this i wasn't impressed with as i hate having to waste water. this will stop me recommending to friends or family. We thought the shower water smelt like re-cycled water. The room had been refurbished but not finished which was a shame. I cannot understand in this day and age why one would be charged an additional $10 for internet access. The daily rate was increased for an extra day to when I booked it a few months before. The room was a bit run down. The continental breakfast is very poor, no eggs, no cheese, no ham. just cerials, jam and peanutbutter and toast. Expensive for what you get. The location.
